It's been about a month since the last release. I'm planning to make a semver-minor release next week (Aug 4th - 10th). We have the new UV_FS_O_FILEMAP on Windows already, and I'm planning to land https://github.com/libuv/libuv/pull/2396 before the release.
@saghul would you like me to wait on https://github.com/libuv/libuv/issues/2400 (no rush)?
