Trying to create an image with Kinematic.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. ...Start Kinematic,
2. ...Select "hello world" from the image list and click "Create"

@mpetrenk you could install docker toolbox as workaround: https://docs.docker.com/toolbox/overview/#ready-to-get-started

or use v0.17.3 from https://github.com/docker/kitematic/releases.

same issue here today trying to download a postgres docker container on Windows 10 latest update with DockerDesktop installed and updated
