I personally don't like to use Powershell when it is not necessary, so pressing "Docker CLI" button doesn't bring much convenience. A checkbox like "Use CMD instead of Powershell" in settings would be great.
I believe Powershell works a lot better with the different docker settings and why it's the preferred exe -
With that said you can always customize your Windows environment, so that powershell.exe is really a copy of cmd.exe and your 'real' powershell is instead something like powershelladmin.exe
For people on work laptops, being able to rename system executables like that isn't feasible. I really need some way of specifying which CLI I want to use. I'm surprised that it doesn't use the Git bash CLI that comes as part of the Windows Docker Toolkit.
