I am interested in attempting to translate KISS into Finnish, but I got confused immediately in the beginning on how to translate KISS launcher (app_name). Should I keep it as KISS launcher or translate it into KISS-k盲ynnistin?
I also wonder if there are more strings that would prompt me to ask what is the right way to go with it.
Just translate "launcher" and keep KISS.
I ended up translating it into "KISS-k盲ynnistin" which seemed to make more sense to me, but I seem to be very insecure about my Finnish regardless of being a native so I am suggesting more than sending translations on Weblate.
I got to 120 at this session, but I started skipping especially during the tags as I am not sure how to go with them. Should I translate them literally, but I think in some cases the English versions are valid too and some users (or at least I) would also expect to find them with English tags?
Weblate has a "other languages" tab...get inspired ;)
Would it be OK to call excluded apps as hidden apps as I think that would make more sense in Finnish and be more obvious on what it means or should it be literal translation that I think loses meaning?
That should be fine :)
Also, you should see some screenshots in Weblate to help you translate in context.
I'll close this issue for now, feel free to ask more questions and we'll get back to you!
Having seen the translations appear, I think I will just add some of my suggetions I wasn't entirely sure of as I will probably then invent better translations or receive feedback on how things should be.
I have gotten at least one better idea already.

I think my inspiration with the tags is translating them and keeping originals.
I also decided to change excluding into more like "hiding", because the Finnish word is more like "exclude from group" and I think it's not going to be immediately obvious in the context of KISS and then I wasn't sure if my word was too fancy, but Apple is using the same word, so I think it's fine.
