a screenshot of the homescreen, where three of the 5 main icons are covered by a green circle

this is also visible on the applications list

I'm fairly certain this was fixed a couple versions back, I'm going to close. Please tell me if you're still having the issue!

yes (on v3.11.9 as of now)

the rearch result for "icecat", showing the web browser icon covered by the icon. (app version is 3.11.9)

Can't reproduce.
I'll close as won't fix, sorry. If someone with an older device is able to contribute a fix I'll merge, but for now I can't fix it, and there is an easy workaround (disable notification dot).
