I just implemented a preset argument which can on for controls like radio-buttonset, radio-image and so on so posting an update in relevant tickets in case someone needs it.
Won't be documented yet, this is a soft-launch so some people can use it and as soon as we're sure it works ok we can add docs etc.
For now in my tests it appears to be working flawlessly 👍
