Kibana: [Maps] Better handling of images in tooltip

Right now, if an image is defined as a field formatter, the Maps application will cut off the image if it's wider than the tooltip. We should probably either shrink the size of the image to fit the tooltip or expand the tooltip to fit the size of the image. A combination of both probably makes sense, possibly with some max size for an image. This feature hast he potential to be extremely valuable but if you can't see the full image, it makes it difficult to use.

Not yet. The tooltip width is currently limited to 260px.

You can now specific the width and height of the image when configuring the field formatter so the image will fit in the tooltip.
