I can see no Infra UI relation in this failure. The :uptime label was accurate IMHO.

This test was failing pretty consistently for a little bit, but things have been a little unstable with branching and big merges coming in, but after a little chat with @justinkambic we think it's probably safe to close this and revisit if it fails again.
