Kibana: [Watcher UI] Watcher Overview table is too narrow

Describe the feature:
Please see this image.
Two issues:
- There is no way to add a comment for a watch
- The Watcher name is truncated while there are large area of unused space.

I was about to file an issue for the exact same thing. I have to open nearly all of my watches to find which one I'm looking for because the watches name column is too small, whether in Kibana 5.6.8 or 6.2.4.

The text in the Watcher cells now wraps, so truncation should not be problem any more. @sherry-ger (or anyone else who is interested) would you please open separate issues for a) support for comments on watches and b) expanding the width of the table for other reasons (e.g. to show more opens if the ID or name text is long and wraps)?
