Kibana: Adding degree symbol to legend value prevents hover tooltip in Time Series

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): tar.gz

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

If you add a degree symbol (°, option-shift-8) to the template field of the Time Series Visual Builder's Time Series chart, it shows up properly in the legend, but all hovering over the chart appears broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Time Series Visual Builder chart
2. Add a degree symbol to the template field under data->options
3. Mouse over chart, observe no tooltip, and legend values not updating as the mouse moves

@simianhacker any reason you can think of why this would be occurring? I'd hope this is a quick fix, seems like an odd bug to me.

Tested against master, 6.7, 6.6 branches. The issue is not reproducible anymore
