Kendo-ui-core: Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core conflicts with .Net Core 3.0 for the Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Workspaces package

Bug report

Adding Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core to a new .Net Core Web App (MVC) results in conflict for the Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Workspaces version.

Reproduction of the problem

• Create new 3.0 project from scratch (Web application MVC)
• Create a view (to get the packages to install automatically)
• Try to install Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core 2019.3.917 with NuGet package manager

Current behavior

Error NU1107 Version conflict detected for Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Workspaces. will be thrown and the project will be reverted. The Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core will not be included and restored.

Expected/desired behavior

The Telerik.UI.for.AspNet.Core should be included and restored.
