Karabiner-elements: Control-click fails after a few hours of Sierra

I've got Karababiner-elements installed on a 12" macbook 10.12.1 Beta (16B2327e)

My confirmation is below.

After 2-3 hours of use, I can no longer right-click to raise the contextual menu, or Command-Click to get links to open in a new window.

Restarting Karabiner-elements resolves the issue.

Which logs would be good to include in this ticket?

Same problem (also showing itself in me not being able to Shift- or CMD-select multiple files in Finder) here on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) running macOS 10.12 and Karabiner-Elements 0.90.44. Moreover, I was using the accessibility option to zoom the entire display by scrolling while pressing the Option key. This stops working consistently as soon as Karabiner-Elements finishes launching and re-starts working when I quit it.

Found the log.. all I see at this point in ~/.karabiner.d/log/console_user_server_log.txt is:

[2016-09-26 10:18:46.666] [console_user_server] [info] configuration_core_ was loaded.
