Kap: Behavior of "Size" fields

Created on 5 Oct 2018  路  5Comments  路  Source: wulkano/Kap

macOS version: 10.13.6
Kap version: 3.0.0-beta.3

Steps to reproduce

  1. Record video
  2. Click either "Size" field
  3. Try to copy, cut, or paste value (CMD+C, CMD+X, or CMD+V)
  4. Type 111

Current behaviour

For (3): nothing happens. The value isn't copied, cut or pasted
For (4): the value is shown as 211

Expected behaviour

For (3): value is copied, cut, or pasted (this is behavior in kap 2.x)
For (4): value should be 111. It seems kap wants 2 to be the lower limit, but it's preventing lots of other valid values

Workaround

For (3): none
For (4): enter something other than 1 as the first digit, type the value you want, then delete the 1 from the front

Glad to see you here @jfsiii, and good catch! 馃檶

@jfsiii

Just to make sure, you are talking about the size inputs in the Editor window, right?

@skllcrn mind if take a stab at fixing this?

That would be fantastic @bringking! Do you have what you need?

I do! I am working with @theshortcut and he is helping get me setup, but it seems pretty straight-forward.
