I would say just replace the binary and restart the k3s service

EDIT: @runningman84 is on target. I simply grabbed the new binary, dropped it into /usr/local/bin/k3s and restarted the server and agent services. Worked like a charm to get me from 1.13.x to 1.14.1. Linux rock0 4.4.132-1072-rockchip-ayufan-ga1d27dba5a2e #1 SMP Sat Jul 21 20:18:03 UTC 2018 aarch64 GNU/Linux
