Jspdf: addImage documentation missing

On your live demo (http://rawgit.com/MrRio/jsPDF/master/), you demonstrate addImage.

However, addImage is not documented at http://rawgit.com/MrRio/jsPDF/master/docs/index.html

It should be.

AddImage has some updates in the pipeline, which would make the behaviour of addImage different. After these changes probably it would make sense of writing a new doc
