Jetpack: Latest Instagram Posts: issue with connecting with Instagram

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new page or edit an existing page.
2. Add the latest Instagram posts block
3. Click on "Connect to Instagram" button to see the issue.

What I expected

• I expect the connection to happen and retrieve latest Instagram posts from my account

What happened instead

• The connection fails with the error "An error occurred. Please try again later."

I was able to recreate this as well. Also reported in 24174511-hc.

Note that this seems to be a problem with Facebook's Instagram API--I don't see anything we can do. Here's a status incident regarding the endpoint used to power the block (https://graph.instagram.com/me/media)

I was able to recreate this as well on my test site. Also reported in 3362370-hc.

The Facebook API issue appears to be resolved. The Lastest Instagram Posts block should be working again (and is on my sites where I use it). I'm going to close this out, but feel free to re-open if needed.
