Jetpack: Subscriptions On/Off Controls Turn Themselves Back On

Well, one of them does. Enabling Subscriptions for blog comments only causes subscriptions for blog posts to remain enabled.

Consequentially, we leave it like this

The Settings Saved message displays whenever any toggle is changed. There is no indication of save error except for Blog Subscriptions being re-enabled after settings page reload.

It seems like #5769 is back.

Until we solve this issue, you can go to Settings > Discussion in your dashboard. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll find the same 2 options and will be able to disable them from there.
