Jellyfin-web: Scroll slipping

Describe the bug
When you scroll up and down, rows scroll horizontally.

• Jellyfin Version: 10.5.0 release
• Playback: N /A
• Installed Plugins: Trakt
• Reverse Proxy: nginx
• Base URL: N/A
• Networking: Host
• Storage: Cloud/Rclone/Mergerfs

To Reproduce

1. Go to front page
2. Start scroll horizontally when remotely close to a vertically scrolling div.
3. Instead of scrolling vertically, there is horizontal scrolling where you first started.

Expected behavior
Scroll vertical when you want to vertically scroll
Scroll horizontally when you want to horizontally scroll.

This is a duplicate of #867.

@dannymichel without fixes, #961 cannot be merged. It caused severe issues with non scrolling and issues with tv's. Unless it's fixed, it'll stay stagnant
