Invoiceninja: Delivery notes

It would be nice to also have delivery notes. They should be added as the next step after invoices:
quote -> invoice -> delivery note

Main differences between invoice and delivery note are:

• title
• no prices

A solution allowing partial delivery (multiple delivery notes, each with parts of the amount ordered) would be even better.

Depending on free time, I might try to implement this myself and submit a PR.

Thanks for the suggestion! We should consider developing a third-party module system to allow for custom functionality to be added.

I think delivery notes have nothing to do with an invoice software ;-)
Maybe we'll add some system for plugins in the future, but nothing for now I think.
