Intellij-rust: Implements simple cases of borrow checking

Please try executing Re-Expand All Rust Macros action, and then Invalidate caches action if the first one doesn't help. Both actions can be found using Ctrl+Shift+A menu. Feel free to provide further information and ask any questions

what is the version of the plugin? It works fine for me on the latest version.
