Describe the issue

Installs of frontend custom cards don't enable custom card functionality. I assume this is related to #1234. I have the same problem, but it appears the symptom was fixed in 1.0.3?

Steps to reproduce

1. Install an add-on, I've tried with many, but for example sake, we can use the one that appears in my logfile below: text-input-row
2. Verify files were installed in /www/community/lovelace-text-input-row
3. Add /hacsfiles/lovelace-text-input-row/lovelace-text-input-row.js as JavaScript Module to <hass-ip>/config/lovelace/resources
   
   
   
   • sidenote: thought that this wasn't necessary with the no-yaml option as part of 1.0.0?
   
   
4. Restart Home Assistant.
5. Attempt to add a card to front end.
