very early in the cycle, the --ingress-class flag was added. This flag is not available for those wanting to stick to a non alpha/beta release and the release of nginx-ingress keeps getting pushed back due to more and more scope being added to the release.
So, rather then continuing on this path, can we switch to releasing more frequently so important features land in users hands sooner?
@kfox1111 more often? We are releasing almost every two weeks.
We already received complains about the release cycle
your releasing apha's/beta's every two weeks. I'm talking about a quicker stable release cadence.
For my use case, 0.8 isn't very usable and 0.9's got beta labels all over it which makes mgmt nervous.
@kfox1111 sorry but the only way to achieve this is to spend almost all day to this and I cannot do it.
I try to release often as I can in order to release 0.9.
