A bot which helps to call reviewers team when we sent a pr.

So we just don't need to call reviewers team

Yes, it is inaccurate and I don't know if some other bot will be accurate enough.

Ooh i love this -- but how can we make it work? Can we have the PR template say DRAFT somewhere, then ask people to remove that when it's ready for a review?

How it works

* When the pull request is opened, automatically add reviewers/assignees to the pull request.
* If the number of reviewers/assignees is specified, randomly add reviewers/assignees to the pull request.
* If the title of the pull request contains a specific keyword, do not add reviewers/assignees to the pull request.

oh, can you see if we'd be able to turn on some but not other of the
features in that bot? It's very powerful, but also does many different
things!

Bots cannot do this apparently. Instead, us reviewers need to be on our toes.
