Icingaweb2: Default sort rules no longer work in 2.7.0

Describe the bug

Something is wrong with the statehistory:

• sorting is not correct
• certain statechanges are not shown
• or only notifications are visible in its place
• the latest event is not shown, but olders are

This seems to also affect the Show More link in list overviews. The dashboard and search don't show them anymore. (Reported by @Goldie2009 in #3889)

Reverting #3836 restores proper sorting and the load more link for me

I had the same problem. Servicehistory only shown the OK-events. Reverting #3836 fixed it.
