Hydrogen: Seeking maintainers for Hydrogen

Long overdue for this, but it would be great if we could get some folks from Hydrogen's user base to take on more of a maintainership role with the project.

Primarily, this will involve responding to user issues, fixing small bugs, and shipping releases.

If interested, it can also involve more substantial feature work as well.

Leaving this issue as a pinned issue to find folks who are interested.
