Hugothemes: Add Osprey Theme

I've completed a new minimalist one-page portfolio and blog theme called Osprey. The repo can be found here: https://github.com/tomanistor/osprey

thank you very much for sharing this theme with the Hugo community :+1: I've reviewed your theme by rebuilding the theme and I found a few minor issues:

• please use the absolute url to link images in the README. Read here why this is necessary
• we try to avoid promotions in the theme demos (except things like your personal website etc). The "rugged-fellows-guide link" in the gallery on the homepage might be such a case. Could you elaborate why it's part of the demo?

• Fixed the URLs for images in the README.
• That is my own site that I linked as a gallery item. I used it because I didn't have many examples to use for the gallery (needs a logo and a link to project). Should I make a random generic logo and link it nowhere instead?

Thank you for the clarification. I just wanted to make sure what the site is about and in my eyes it looks neutral (non-promotional).

Nonetheless, your theme should be on the theme site within the next minutes. Next I'll make some noise on the official Hugo Twitter account to kick-start your theme :wink:
