Huginn: Helm chart?

Newb here, but huggin seems like an ideal candidate for a helm chart. Would allow easy installation in Kubernetes with tls, horizonal scaling, etc. Perhaps also configuring agents in yaml too.

This is a good starter for ten.

I don't think any of current maintainers is familiar with Kubernetes. If you would like to work on that Helm chart, I am happy to help with details about Huginn and the docker containers we have at the moment.
