Handbrake: [wishlist] recursive mode when adding a folder with subfolders

the problem: parent folder have videos, 100 child folder have videos.

drag parent folder to app ( wait a lot... )
add to queue > add all ( very anyoying - please put this add all outside too! )
drag child folder 1
add to queue > add all
drag child folder 2
add to queue > add all
( repeat this 100 times )...
I wish the app could get videos from all folders inside, when drag the parent folder.... having to do this manually is very very time consuming !! The ' really want to create a folder is another annoying bug !!

I even tried to go to parent folder, display a *.mp4 and drag these files to the app, but the app is not smart enough to figure it out where the file belongs to :(

This is a dupe of so many requests... And no one seems to want to come up with patches to implement it, because it would break a lot of things.

Batch add needs to create output file names for each file you add, and the rules for doing so will need serious revamping to make it work with multiple directories.

So, when will your patch be ready for review?

We don't have any plans to add a recursive search mode. There are a number of issues that make it problematic.

at least give me options to turn off the 'want to create the folder?' and assume yes, instead !

Also, Please, put the 'Add All' button on the main menu outside ! It's also very time consuming having to click 3 times everytime I add a folder. You try doing that with 100 directories and you will see how bad it is... ( the third click is for some subtitle error message that also appears every single time )
