Halflife: "Last Played" on "History" tab of Server browser displaying some characters in a rare "?"

It is displaying Spanish date because my "Country or Region" was set to "Chile" switching it back to "United States" fixes it to the normal value, I think "Last Played" should take your game language when displaying dates.
