Groupie: Library maintenance

I'm a long-time user of groupie. I use it in a few projects and always recommend it to clients when doing consulting work. I'm super thankful to @lisawray for making it.

But it's been getting harder to both use it and recommend it considering there's been no major updates since Nov 2018.

❌ There's are quite a few open PRs, one my own since 17 Nov 2018, that have been getting no attention.
📈 The issue list just seems to be growing.
🛠 The library can seriously use another kotlin-focused modernisation pass in order to make it more fluent to use.
📅 It's not provided new features to keep it in line with latest recyclerview developments, like pagination.

Can @lisawray consider giving access to more people from the community in order to revitalise groupie? I'd be more than happy to spare some of my time on it, considering how much I use it and I'm sure other members here would, too.
