Gollum: Set editor window height dynamically

Maybe I'm missing some configuration option, but the editor window I get in the browser is extremely small (~ 15 lines) and makes authoring quite difficult. At this point, I'm moving editing back to GitLab on the server. A bit less responsive, but I can see more of what I'm doing.

This is what it would look like in version 5.x. Is this still too small?

That looks a lot better - thanks. I finally discovered the drag handle in the lower right, but starting off at a more reasonable size is definitely desirable.

Good. @dometto Ideally the editor height should be determined dynamically based on the real estate of the screen. I opt for keeping this issue open as a reminder of that.
