Issue description:
The file manager is shown upside-down with strange localization.

Steps to reproduce:
Just run Godot.
Minimal reproduction project:
Just run Godot.
Well the localization is English, it's just mirrored :)
Sounds like a driver bug that should be reported to SVGA3D developers.

This is a known issue and has been a problem for a while. That said, I doubt Oracle will fix it anytime soon since work on 3D acceleration in VirtualBox seems to be going at a very slow pace.
As a workaround, disable 3D acceleration in the VM and use a software OpenGL implementation.
Remember that in Godot (until 4.0), viewports are flipped on Y axis. If we really want to fix this, we can detect the GPU in use and avoid flipping the viewport if needed. This is a lot of work for little gain, though.
