Mount does not longer work after upgrade to version 40

Mount previously worked fine with version 39 and works fine after downgrade to version 39

Not sure I understand why this happened, or why it changed between v39 and v40, but I think I've fixed it. Could you please test this ZIP to confirm for me (Instructions)?

It works fine.
