Gmscore: Dummy Chrome app

This isn't a priority but it may be useful.

Google Maps Go apparently need Chrome to be installed (not sure if there are also other apps).
A dummy Chrome app that simply use the installed System WebView wolud be nice to avoid the real Chrome, maybe reusing the LineageOS browser that is a wrapper for the System WebView.

Personally I use Fennec F-Droid and for other things there is the LineageOS WebView.
It would be nice, if possible, to have a wrapper to avoid installing any version of Chrome/Chromium.

Google Maps Go does work on my system without Chrome installed, it uses the installed Chromium instead.
