Gmscore: Create a Forum for Support

There seem to be a lot of issues on this repo that aren't actually problems with the software, but users asking for help. I think it would be good to have a seperate place for these support questions.

For Syncthing, we're using a Discourse forum, which works really well.

@Nutomic I didn't even know there was a forum for Syncthing. . . just been muddling along on my own. Thanks for the link.
