I'm having another issue,
when connecting to wifi,
play store is trying to download gms update,
and fails (which is normal),
with the following message:
11-26 08:27:48.038 E/Finsky (3531): [1] com.google.android.finsky.dl.k.onReceive(14): Error -505 while installing com.google.android.gms: INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE: Package com.google.android.gms signatures do not match the previously installed version; ignoring!
any way to disable this?
I tried with disabling play store services, but I didn't succeed
As you already pointed out the Play Store checks Google Servers for what's the current highest version of GmsCore available and then updates. In case of microG this update of course fails.
You should change the title to something more descriptive, because the title makes it sound like microG updates itself fail, eg. something like "Play Store fails trying to update microG GmsCore to original GmsCore via Daily Hygiene Service".
AFAIK Play Store's Hygiene Service can't be disabled without breaking Play Store functionality, since several Play Store versions. You either need a microG GmsCore with higher spoofed version number (see #646), ignore the updates or don't use the Play Store.
lol, I've just seen this post:
The mod is designed for those who are tired of the market trying to download and update Google services on top (downloads Support Libraries, etc.) :)
versionCode: 100000000
An update on this, seems like @Vavun has found a solution, see the patches he provided (but I didn't yet have the time to check them out).
