Glpi: [9.1.4] Ticket Reopen reloads page without reopening ticket.

Created on 16 Jun 2017  路  6Comments  路  Source: glpi-project/glpi

Hi,

I tried to reopen a ticket after it was closed too early only to find out it doesn't work. The old dropdown menu where you could choose which status you want to give a closed ticket is replaced by a button between versions 9.1.3 and 9.1.4. And the button only seems to refresh the page.

Thanks

Thank you very much, solved my issue ^ ^

@yllen Thanks, but I am used to the current layout of things. I found another workaround and that is selecting the ticket under the overview (ticket.php) Actions > Update > Status > The status I want.

This is a bug of timetine tab and will be corrected

I didn't expect anything less @yllen . But what I described works best for me for the time being. :+1:
