Giveth-dapp: No easy way to report an issue on github from the beta

It would be really nice if there was a link on every page that would send people to: https://github.com/Giveth/giveth-dapp/issues/new

This is done on the https://fame.giveth.io/ and on https://giveth.github.io/xchange-rates and it makes it really easy to do feed back (gitcoin bounty?)
