Gitmoji: Change all `Adding or updating` to `Add or update`

Because it's shorter and it's "compliant" to that logic of creating commit messages If applied this commit will...
Actually the issue here is to change all verbs to infinitive. It also makes it easier to search for emojis in my humble opinion :D
