Duplicated icons on status bar

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Disable the github package.
  2. Enable it.
  3. Repeated icons come out.

Reproduces how often:

Always. Every time you do so.

Versions

Atom version:1.18.0
GitHub package version: 0.3.3
OS: MacOS Sierra 10.12.5
