Please verify that the game dumps you're using are unmodified (ex. no region free hacks or anti-piracy bypasses). The program you're using may add them automatically, the best way to do it would be to FTP the files directly from your Xbox.
With all of my games so far, I had transferred the games to my Xbox hard drive years ago with DVD2Xbox. As a sanity check, I did a direct FTP from the D: drive of Sonic Mega Collection Plus. The allowed media field was different between the two rips, but that was all.

Thanks for the clarification! While the allowed media tag seems to be the only thing modified in this case, we still want to make sure this has no effect on the emulation of the game. The Xbe dump can also help identify different versions of the game and therefore any modifications can be a false positive.
Anyway, I will remove the xbe-tampered-with label since a clean dump has been uploaded. I will do the same for the other issues, provided you upload a new file.
Sonic Mega Collection Plus gets up to the game selection screen and seems to render menus really nicely. Unfortunately, selecting any game from the game menu results in an exception. Worth noting as well that the game can randomly lock up at any point during the emulation:
