I can see an "Out of physical memory!" very early in the log, shortly after the XDEVICE_TYPE_GAMEPAD derivation. Something is eating memory very quickly here (D3D patches?)
I've updated the initial issue.
"WARN: PMEM: Out of physical memory!" is still present in the log
