With Cxbx-Reloaded Version 36f9e171 (May 3 2017) dirty disk error has disappeared and I can reach in-game. But one note I need to mentioned - I get an error immediately if I press start on first intro screen - probably need wait a little and press start. Fixed by @jarupxx at PR #443

If I press start on first intro screen immediately, it seems that the unimplemented function IDirectSoundBuffer_Use3DVoiceData is called. This will work with PR #443.

@jarupxx Great! I confirm that the error has disappeared.

I have retested game emulation and now I can play about 3 - 4 minutes, before another error appears

A huge update. A new video from Literalmente{Game} shows that this game can now run indefinitely. Uses a build (92ef8a6) from PatrickvL's WIP_LessVertexPatching branch.
Description in English:
Great improvement in this game that crash after the end of the battle with the first mid-boss. Now it's playable indefinitely (in my case, the emulator crashed for lack of RAM, and that's the sound you hear at the end of the video). The performance is inconsistent, so again I will not include the benchmark data for not reporting something inaccurate.
The emulation is not supposed to show the sides of the desktop letterbox-sized screen. Some graphical glitches in the first stage. Otherwise it looks splendid.
Video by Literalmente{Game} (Jan 27, 2018) which appears to show a near-perfect performance, i.e. less choppy than the prior Nov 2017 video here above. Graphics in-game seem to be less glitchy. Enjoy this 8.5 min video. Build used: A build from Luke's patch-removal-experiment.

The main differences of this test, compared to the previous one of the same game some time ago, are:
Edit (09/04/2018): Another new video, similar results as before but shows more stages. The huge side bars are still not covered up but this game looks awesome without them! I think the emulation is missing the fog for this game, so you see new geometry bits popping up in the far horizon (And one gas planet's stage where the gas atmosphere jars badly with the ground halfway across - it should cover it all).
Ultimate Final PS2 version: PCSX2 video (Old, 2013. Has fog issue in gas planet level.), PCSX2 video 2 (2014. Has black horizon/seam draw issue.).
1 (Choppy, grainy), 2.
Unknown version: 1.
Stragely, this game eventually freezes to me in version 6b6f6265 before enconters a certain enemy in level 2.
I published a small video testing this game: CXBX-Reloaded (6b6f6265) - Classic Xbox emulator | Psyvariar 2 - Extended Edition
EDIT: I had a little trouble with upload of the video. I resend and updated the link for it in this comment.
Closing this issue since there's no way of identifying the game by its xbe.

How it should look:
