Gadgetbridge: Want to contribute, honor band 4

Hey guys, I'm a software engineer working with mostly node,

I just bought an honor band 4 (arriving soon), and am a noob to wearables and hacking them.
Can anybody help me down the right path, what to look for, what to probe etc.
As far as I know there is zero English effort and community trying to hack this device.
There has been tiny ground made on honor band 3 but its not yet supported by gadget bridge

I want to extract all data from the device plus get push notifications working.
