Linux 5.2 add suport to routing ipv4 over ipv6. Please add support to frrouting.

does it also support to routing IPv6 over IPv4 ? VPNv6

This will be a great enhancement for use bgp unnumbered with rfc5549. We can use use
the a shared media instead of point-to-point links in setups like:
