Freecodecamp: Challenge "help" button redirects to the wrong place
https://learn.freecodecamp.org/responsive-web-design/basic-css/improve-compatibility-with-browser-fallbacks redirects to the wrong Guide article URL, causing a 404.

@utkarshsingh99 It is the 'Get a hint' button on the page. Probably needs a stub to avoid the 404.
