Franz: Notifications not working

Same problem as on Issue #672
I have Franz 5.0.0-beta.22 and win 7 pro 64 bits. Notifications do not work too. I've enable notifications for the 3 services i use (facebook messenger, google hangouts and skype), but i receive no notification.
I have Franz in two other computers and work fine on them. I have Franz on the taskbar. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Franz but the problem remains.

Any help ?

I've now upgrade to version 5.0.0-beta.24 and the problem remains.
