Flipper: Flipper 0.45 Check required certificates are present fails

Check required certificates are present [failed]
getting cert from desktop [failed]

Phone: Xiaomi mi5s plus android 7 miui
Desktop: Windows 10 x64
OpenSSL Win 64

Anyone had this issue? I'm new to flipper and I'm trying hours to make it work

Solution.
Unistalled open ssl from the official source.
Installed open ssl from choco cmd -> choco install openssl

Restarted flipper and app, and it voila! It worked!
