First-contributions: Adding Hebrew To Other Languages

In addition to all the languages the README.md file has been translated to, I'd like to offer my help with translating it to Hebrew.

I am fluent in Hebrew and English and this translation can help people who only know Hebrew.

I don't know if this issue is considered closed, since @Roshanjossey , left a comment on the pull request after he closed it, stating another change is required.
His comment is somewhat obscure, so I am waiting for his clarification.

It's better to write Hebrew in Hebrew (עברית) so that Hebrew readers can easily understand it. (There might be people who can't understand English).
