Fenix: FNX3-16386 ⁃ [Bug] Fenix crashes but I dont't see the crash report

Steps to reproduce

Fenix crashes randomly. I select send crash report.
I open about:crashes

Expected behavior

I would like to see the most recent crash report in about:crashes

Actual behavior

Last crash report is from 5th of May. I had a lot of crashes since then.

Device information

Fenix build from 11th of May
UNITO-UNDERSCORE!20190428-135941!UNITO-UNDERSCORE!Settings!

also... are the crash reports being sent despite not seeing them in about:crashes?

@andreicristianpetcu We can close this issue as a duplicate of #2295. about:crashes doesn't work right now.
